We’ve started works on the removal of three water-cooled package units, along with all associated ductwork and fire dampers. This phase requires detailed planning, strict safety controls, and careful coordination to ensure surrounding areas remain protected and operational throughout the process.
Our team is focused on delivering a safe, efficient strip-out while preparing the site for the next stage of upgrades.

This project includes the upgrade of three plant room mechanical systems, installation of new MSSB , reconfiguration of pipework, and a full update of the BMS system. as well as new ductwork and grilles throughout all three buildings.

We’re installing 3 × VRV bulkhead systems across three terrace townhouses, making sure each property is set up with efficient, high-performance climate control. From pipework runs to positioning the bulkheads just right, the attention to detail has been spot on.
